Following an introduction on the importance of high growth firms, the course focuses on theoretical and practical models, the strategies and processes for small firms growth and factors influencing the success and failure of smaller growing firms. Growth strategies covered include core specialization, diversification, franchising and internationalisation. Special attention is given to the current issues of small business enterprises relevant to KSA and GCC countries
